Update 9 months later: both of my cats love it as much as they did when I bought it. My new kitty is now a year old and he plays on it all the time and still fits. My older kitty still likes to sit on it from time to time. I am also happy because my new cat only scratches the cat tree, he never scratches the furniture and he did it without being trained! The only cons I have is this thing sheds. I have to sweep the floor every day from where my cat plays so roughly on it and the fabric goes flying. Another con is that after 9 months, he has finally destroyed the two mice. Both of their fuzzy coatings are gone, but the way he plays with them I am truly shocked they lasted this long so I would say they are extremely durable, just know that they will eventually come off. Also, the box and the "floor" on this tree doesn't get much use from my cats. They only like the circles, scratching posts, and the mice. Overall, this cat tree is amazing and I am so eastatic I bought it! It's absolutely amazing for the price!
Update 12 months later: same result, however, the rope around the scratching posts is finally coming off as well as some of the fabric. My cats still play on it as much as they used to so it doesn’t change anything, and once it completely comes off I can just replace it! Still super happy with my purchase!

Cons:
It does need a power drill for keeping the house bit stable to the landing to it's right. The house is suspended on one beam. I haven't connected mine and it wobbles, but kitty just learned to be more sure footed.
That ladder bit will make you feel like a moron at how difficult it is. Tip: Don't screw in either bolt all the way, just do them both slightly until both bolts are in, then go tight.
Size does seem a bit small for a big cat. My cat can't fit in the house bit, but you know what? Cats like tight spaces, so it's fine. I just use that as a spot to hide treats so that he gets a work out climbing around it.
Curtains may suffer because cat is now able to reach them.
Pros:
My cat loves it!!! And wasn't that the goal? My cat couldn't get enough of it as soon as I opened it up. My mice never fell off and if they do I think a staple gun will fix it just fine.
My cat now has something tall enough to see out the window without worrying about his fat bottom hitting the floor. The landings may all be small, but cats can walk on fence posts, so they can surely walk and sit on this thing.
Cats are supposed to be climbers, so it's good I have somewhere my cat can climb to without me yelling at him to get down. It's cut down on behaviors because it's his spot to get high up. He's happy, getting a good work out climbing, and it's got lots of scratching posts for him to go nuts on.
Great buy for my tiny place. I'm glad I bought it. I might buy another for the other room.

- El armado es muy sencillo. ✅
It is a nice large cat tree but fits well in the corner of room. I would recommend to anyone and would buy again.
It's EXTREMELY soft, and easy to assemble. However, one of the poles (I believe it was the one that attaches to the lower pole) was really difficult to assemble... it came with a screw that was a screw on both end (does that make sense? You have to twist on both sides) so it was never really properly attached. But, nonetheless, quite stable for my cat who's just a little underweight. She fits snugly into the little house too.
One con (and this is just my cat I think) - she doesn't use the scratching post... it's not the maker's fault, just figured I'd throw it out there. She prefers my couch...
